Description

Application
Wet compress with tap water and steam for about 10-15 minutes. While steaming, thoroughly clean the body and massage with relaxing essential oil for about a minute. Test the compress temperature on a small area of skin. Apply the Hot Herbal Compress to the area that you want to relax or reduce pain and leave on for a few minutes or until no longer warm. When the compress becomes cold, you can replace it with another. After removing the compress, massage area for 20-30 minutes, then place a body mask/wrap over the area for an additional 20 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water only, letting the body keep on absorbing the herbal essence & essential oil. After usage, keep the compress refrigerated in a sealed plastic bag.
Suggestion
